The Quality Control department has been operating since 1987,
staffed with qualified personnel while, every subsidiary
of the company has its own Quality Control department
Since great emphasis is put on traceability, the company strictly adheres, to the latest distribution method FEFO (First expiry/First Out) and FIFO (First in/First out), with a 24-hour monitoring of all cooling installations in real-time.
Sample checks are carried out on a daily basis on all incoming and outgoing products, thus ensuring excellent quality.
Since 2001, the company has been using the Hazard Analysis and Critical Points (HACCP). It is also certified with the Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005 and the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015.
Additionally, the company is certified for the trade and distribution of organic products and holds a license for UTZ and RSPO products.
